Rivers give life, take lives and everything in between. Calm and soothing at the source, they can cleanse or destroy everything that flows within her, until she reaches the point whre she dissolves into the sea. Much like ourselves. We are like rivers, meandering through life until we reach the larger space in which our essence flows. And, whatever we try to hide in our depths (and cracks, pun intended), the River brings that what needs to be seen to the surface. At the right moment.
